NECA has released a ton of new images teasing a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon action figure box set. To be exclusive to Target along with the rest of TMNT Wave 4, this figure 2-pack will include the mad scientist Baxter Stockman and the father of the Turtles, Master Splinter.
