Today we have a look at the soon to be released Toony Terrors 6″ Scale Figures Wave 4 Figures from NECA Toys. This wave introduces four new figures to the line up. Those include Victory Crowly from Hatchet, Sam from Trick ‘r Treat, Regan from The Exorcist, and Beetlejuice. The Toony Terrors line takes horror icons and re-imagines them in the style of classic cartoons from the 70’s and 80’s.
