NECA has announced the pre-order dates and details for the Teenage Mutant Nina Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze – Tokka and Rahzar 7″ Scale Figure 2-Pack. Unlike previous movie themed releases, this will not see a retail store release. The figures will be exclusive to TheNecaStore.com and it sounds like these will be made to order.
