NECA has released photos and details for their second wave of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles – Turtles In Time 7″ Scale Figures. The first wave is about to hit stores within the next month. The newest assortment brings four more figures home from the iconic video game. Wave 2 includes Raphael, Michelangelo, Leatherhead, and Shredder. The assortment is scheduled for release in May.
