A new photo gallery has been released by NECA for the third wave of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Cartoon 7″ Scale Figure 2-Packs. These figures will be available exclusively at Target stores. Included are Casey Jones, April O’Neil, Leatherhead, and Slash. The gallery also shows off the Ultimate Foot Soldier. A Deluxe Metalhead Figure will also be joining these figures.
