Star Car from GONE IN 60 SECONDS Races into the DIE-CAST CLUB GARAGE

Die-Cast Club has signed an exclusive global licensing agreement with Denice Shakarian Halicki, owner of Gone in 60 Seconds, Halicki Films and “Eleanor” franchise, to produce, and promote a high-quality die-cast metal 1:8 scale build-up model of one of the most popular cinematic cars in the world – the “Eleanor” star car from the 2000 block-buster movie, Gone in 60 Seconds.

“Eleanor” joins an impressive lineup of 1:8 scale build-up models in the Die-Cast Club Garage, recreating the best and famous automotive and motorsport vehicles in history, many from film and television.

“We are very excited to have the opportunity to bring this amazing star car to our collectors, scale model builders and car fans around the world,” said Pierre Viala, Eaglemoss Managing Director.  “The 1:8 scale is just perfect to show all the details of Eleanor with a quality never done before in a die-cast model!”

“Eleanor” is fitted with Ford’s small block racing engine, featuring aluminum heads up front, an aluminum cross-flowing radiator, a pair of 12-inch cooling fans, ceramic coated headers, a “Mass Flo” fuel injector system and a Concept 1 serpentine belt-drive system. Inside, this baby pumps out 535hp and the power is channeled to the rear wheels via a 4-speed with Go-Baby-Go Gear shift and nitro button.

“Eleanor and I are excited to join the DIE-CAST Club Garage Family… Love their attention to detail….” says Denice Halicki.

The “Eleanor” 1:8 scale build-up will be available for preorder in the U.S. starting early 2020.  Fans, collectors, model builders and automotive enthusiasts are encouraged to visit www.diecastclub.com/eleanor/coming-soon today to register their interest, be among the first to be alerted to availability and be eligible for a risk-free introductory offer.

Gone in 60 Seconds is an American car action heist film starring Nicolas Cage, Angelina Jolie, Giovanni Ribisi, Christopher Eccleston, Robert Duvall and Eleanor, released in 2000. The film was produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and Denice Shakarian Halicki.
