Today, NECA announced their second San Diego Comic-Con 2020 Exclusive! They have revealed their Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Exclusive Set. The figures are based on the live action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Coming Out Of Their Shells Tour, where the four Turtles became rock stars. Each comes with musical instruments, removable jackets, and more. These items will be coming to US Target stores and Target.com starting July 23rd.
