As with most Firt 4 Figure statues, Shovel Knight will be released as a standard version as well as an exclusive edition that includes an  additional Fish Head head sculpt.

Both versions of the Shovel Knight: Player 2 statue stand 15.5-inches tall  atop a highly detailed base inspired from The Plains, also known as the Plains of Passage, straight from the first stage in the game. Both versions are priced at $299.99 and are scheduled to ship first quarter 2020.
