Tamashii Nations has released a photo and the first details for their S.H. Figuarts Dragon Ball World Event Exclusive – Perfect Cell Exclusive Color Edition. The Dragon Ball Tour kicks off during San Diego Comic-Con 2018. This will be the first of seven total stops from Summer through Winter.
