This is a Premium Bandai exclusive and pre-orders went live right now.   Looks like there will be 3 sets of hands, 2 sets of feet and exchangeable face parts.  He’s retailing for $80 USD and is due to ship in September 2021.  If you are interested in him, get your pre-orders in because once they close aftermarket prices kick in!
