NECA has shared new in and out of packaging photos for their upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Cartoon Series – Ultimate Foot Soldier 7″ Scale Figure. The figure comes packed in a VHS inspired flapped window box. The Foot soldier includes interchangeable portraits, multiple rifles, a pistol, two swords, throwing stars, a fan, a hat, a spear, and more. In the US, the figure will be exclusive to Target.
