NECA has revealed their next Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Cartoon Series 2-Pack. The newest reveal feature an Antrax and Scumbag 7″ Scale Figure 2-Pack. Antrax includes a sword, a knife, an axe, and a club. Scumbag includes some roaches, a gas gun, a net launcher, and a fission detector. Both figures will also include interchangeable hands.
