In the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1990 Movie, Raphael heads out on town to blow off some steam and clear his head. While out, he runs into vigilante Casey Jones taking down a couple of young purse snatchers. Taking issue with how badly Casey is roughing up the kids, Raph steps in to give the punks a chance to escape.
