NECA has released photos of their Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Cartoon Series – Splinter and Baxter Stockman 7″ Scale Figure 2-Pack. The set will be released within the next few weeks, and will be available at Target stores in the US. Wave 4 will also include Zarax and Zork, Traag and Granitor 2-Pack, and the Triceraton Infantryman and Roadkill Rodney Set. Check out the photos after the jump.
