Famine is a variant of the Unicorn Cryptkins: Series 2 vinyl figure, part of Cryptozoic’s original IP featuring creatures that have long been the subject of folklore and tabloid headlines. This is the third in the Four Cryptkins of the Apocalypse variant series featuring characters that seem, at first glance, to be harbingers of doom. The figure sports pink paint, a white mane, and visible bones to underline the character’s associations with hunger and general lack of nourishment. In addition, the eyes are outlined in gray to suggest that they are sunken. The 2.25-inch collectible comes packaged in a miniature crate with a sticker marking it as “Exclusive Species.” It includes a Bio Card with a drawing and additional information about the creature.

DETAILS

The $15 presale purchase is non-refundable for the Famine Cryptkins vinyl figure, which will be available exclusively at Cryptozoic’s booth at New York Comic Con 2019.

In order to claim your purchased Famine figure, you must come to Booth #244 at the Javits Center during NYCC at any of the following days and times: Thursday through Saturday, 11 am to 7 pm, and Sunday, 11 am to 4 pm. You must bring all three of these items:

• Your photo ID
• Your 2019 New York Comic Con badge
• The credit card used in this transaction

At the booth, your purchase will be verified and you will be given your vinyl figure.

Please note:

• We will NOT ship this item to you. If you do not pick it up, you will lose the item and the money you paid.
• You cannot designate someone else to pick up this item for you.
• We will have an additional supply of Famine figures for purchase at our booth while supplies last.
• Any Famine vinyl figures not sold or picked up during NYCC 2019 may be made available for sale on the Cryptozoic eStore or at another event after NYCC.
