Schleich is known for its stunning and realistic animal figures as well as forays into fantasy worlds and beyond, with lineups for both DC and Marvel Comics. We visited their New York Toy Fair 2018 booth to see the latest and greatest starting with their Marvel lineup which is adding Spider-Gwen, Deadpool (with thumbs up), movie Black Panther, and an awesome Guardians of the Galaxy movie-inspired Rocket and baby Groot duo next. The recently released Hulk was also on hand, large and in charge.

On the DC side Schliech follows up recent hits Hawkman and Shazam in 2018 with two packs of Batman and Bane and Superman and Lex Luthor. The company has more plans for both lines, so look for more DC and Marvel news later this year.

Meanwhile, the fantasy line called Eldrador has shifted away from knights to elemental “Creatures” and crazy new dragons. The four lands bring you everything from water dragons and octopus men to rock creatures and bears, ice monsters, and more. The companion Bayala series focuses on unicorns, faeries, and mermaids in 2018 with some really cool and colorful new additions.
