Final packaging photos have been released for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1990 Movie – Shredder 1/4 Scale Figure from NECA Toys. The 18″ tall figure has over 30 points of articulation. Shredder includes a removable cape, a removable mask, a spear, a knife and sheath, and multiple interchangeable hands.
