At San Diego Comic-Con 2019, NECA had an exclusive Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1990 Movie “The Capture of Splinter” 7″ Scale Figure Set. The 4-pack included 7″ scale versions of Shredder, two Foot Soldiers and Splinter. Along with the figures, a number of interchangeable parts, weapons, and other accessories were included.
