Tonight we are taking a look at something a little different – Diamond Select Toys Vinimates line.  These are essentially upscaled Minimates with less articulation.  In the case of these DC ones, no articulation.  Depending on the property and sub-line the Vinimates are based on will get you more or less movement.  In particular, these are based on DC’s Arkham Asylum game and feature Batman, Harley Quinn and The Joker.   Minimates always had great facial expressions, somehow capturing the essence of the character it’s based on in a tiny cartoon-ish 2d print.  That gets ported over here and applied at » Continue Reading.
